While on You Tube I came across the video below. It is about Brian Flatt’s 1 Week/Seven Day Diet. Though I admit it is a promo video it is really good. The not so good part about this 1 Week/Seven Day Diet video is its length. It is aroind forty mins. Hopefully that doesn’t put you off.
